I took the kids back to the heritage Center so they could see the baby chicks and ducks that were absent when we went to Baby Animal Days over spring break. This is Ginny holding a chick with my help. Stephen was fascinated by the little guys scurrying around in the crate below him. This is when he was still saying "Wow!" to everything new. We got a lot of wows on this day. 
Sharra was in heaven. This is her favorite part of Baby Animal Days and was quite disappointed not to see them the week before. 
Aviendha was excited to see the baby birds but hesitant to see them up close. With my help she was willing to touch them. She was afraid they would try to eat her fingers.
Sam really likes the ducklings and we stood by them until he had a chance to hold each one in there at least once. The farm volunteer was very kind and patient to let him do so.
And the mud says it all--HOORAY FOR SPRING!!!
