Padawan Seeking Training

Besides cars and trucks, Stephen has been fascinated with Sam's play weapons lately. He's seen Adam and Sam spar enough times to know a bit how to use them. He will bring a plastic sword or lightsaber into the kitchen and swing it around while making hissing and growling noises. This one is his current favorite since, when the red button is pushed, it makes all kinds of lightsaber sound effects depending on how you hold it or swing it. This particular day, he chose to eat it when the "battle" was through. Good thing it's not real. ;)

Hand-Drawn Clouds

Saw this while fixing dinner one evening the beginning of this month. My first sight was the best--everywhere you see a bump in the clouds there was a perfectly formed curl. It looked like it'd been drawn or sculpted and then placed up there in the sky. This is what it looked like by the time I got my camera, only a few short seconds later.

We've got TROUBLE.. right here in Hyrum City!

With a capital T! Just look what my youngin's got himself into now!
This was right before we were heading out the door to go visiting teaching, of course.
Yeah, he's very pleased with himslef. -sigh- Gotta take pictures and laugh cause, really, it was funny! Inconvenient to say the least, but funny. Love you, lil' stinker!
